Terms of Service
The terms that govern your use of the Family Fun Video Affiliate Platform.
Last updated: 2026. This document is a general template provided for the platform and should be reviewed and finalized with qualified legal counsel before launch.
1. Agreement to terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Family Fun Video Affiliate Platform (the "Platform"), operated by Family Fun Video, a division of MML, Inc. ("Family Fun Video," "we," "us"). By creating an account, applying as an affiliate, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Platform. Affiliate participation is subject to approval by Family Fun Video at our sole discretion. We may decline, suspend, or revoke participation at any time.
3. Affiliate participation
Approved affiliates receive a unique referral link and access to a dashboard. You agree to promote Family Fun Video, its promotions and video offerings, and drive traffic and sales honestly and in compliance with all applicable laws, advertising standards, and platform policies. You may not engage in spam, misleading claims, trademark misuse, or any deceptive or unlawful promotion.
4. Referral tracking and attribution
When a visitor follows your referral link, activity is attributed to you for a defined window (currently 30 days) using cookies. Attribution determines which transactions are credited to you. We make reasonable efforts to track accurately but do not guarantee attribution where cookies are blocked, cleared, or unavailable, or where the visitor uses a different device or browser.
5. Commissions and payouts
Commissions accrue on qualifying transactions according to the commission rules in effect at the time of the transaction. Payouts are made to affiliates who have completed onboarding through our payments partner, Stripe, including any required identity verification. Commissions may be adjusted or reversed for refunds, chargebacks, fraud, or errors. You are responsible for any taxes on amounts you receive.
6. Payments and third parties
Payments, payouts, and identity verification are processed by Stripe and are subject to Stripe's terms. Card and bank details are handled by Stripe and are not stored on our servers. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party providers.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Platform, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, manipulating tracking or commissions, or using it for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.
8. Intellectual property
The Platform, its content, and Family Fun Video' trademarks and branding are owned by Family Fun Video, a division of MML, Inc. or its licensors. Approved affiliates receive a limited, revocable license to use approved materials solely to promote Family Fun Video. All other rights are reserved.
9. Disclaimers
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Family Fun Video, a division of MML, Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Platform.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access or affiliate participation at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
